Payments:
Credit card details are taken at point of booking to reserve your room.
A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required.
Full booking balance will be paid prior to departure.
Payments can be accepted by: Cash, Cheque, BACS, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard – all at No Charge
Check in/Check out:
At point of booking we ask you to please let us know your approximate arrival time to ensure we are home to meet you.
Check in is between 16:00-18:00 – Should you wish to arrive outside of these times please call 07973 660025 to confirm arrangements.
Check out is between 9:30 and 10:00
Cancellation and amendment policy:
If the booking is cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before arrival, then a charge equal to 50% of the booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, then a charge equal to 100% of the stay will be made.
A proportion will be refunded if the room(s) are left for part of your original booking period. If a booking is amended from two or more persons to a single person, no reduction will be applicable unless a minimum of 30 days’ notice is given.
Any refund may be reduced by 5% where the bank has imposed charges for the use of an original payment being made by debit or credit card.
Cancellation policy for unforeseen circumstances:
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer assistance to help you find alternative accommodation. A full refund of any deposit or prepayment made will be issued, and no additional compensation will be provided.
