Payments:
Credit card details are taken at point of booking to reserve your room.
A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required.
Full booking balance will be paid prior to departure.
Payments can be accepted by: Cash, Cheque, BACS, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard – all at No Charge

Check in/Check out:
At point of booking we ask you to please let us know your approximate arrival time to ensure we are home to meet you.
Check in is between 16:00-18:00 – Should you wish to arrive outside of these times please call 07973 660025 to confirm arrangements.
Check out is between 9:30 and 10:00

Cancellation and amendment policy:
A full refund of a deposit will be provided in all cases where a minimum of 14 days notice is given. A full refund will still be made if cancellation or amendment is within the 14 day period PROVIDING the room(s) are still let.
A proportion will be refunded if the room(s) are let for part of your original booking period. If a booking is amended from two or more persons to a single person no reduction will be applicable unless a minimum of 14 days notice is given.
Any refund may be reduced by 5% where the bank has imposed charges for the use of an original payment being made by debit or credit card.
